“It is not a decision we take very lightly,” advises Tom, the eldest brother of the current generation of Keogh’s: “Recently we have made some big decisions about our crisp business – from providing gluten free products to adding new flavours to our range. We literally hand cook small batches of crisps on our farm in fresh sunflower oil on a daily basis so entering a new market is a huge step for us. That said – we are so proud of our product we want to make it available all over Ireland.”
