They own and operate native food business Native Oz Cuisine, consulting and supplying restaurant chefs and food & beverage manufacturers for over 8 years. Recently, we set ourselves a challenge to identify a food product that best showcased the flavours of Outback Australia and that would appeal to the wider community of Australia and the World. We believe the Australian Potato Chip best highlighted the unique flavours of Outback Australia. We researched the potato chips market leaders and found they all had their own version of the same flavours that have been around for years. No real new flavours had been created - mostly just new and improved versions of their old self. After much product development Outback Chip Company was formed and a gourmet range of new, exciting and unique Outback Australian flavoured potato chips was created! |
