Blair's Death Rain Potato Chips

Blair Lazar began Blair's Sauces and Snacks in 1989, while working in a Jersey Shore bar. The product line began with his, "Original Death Sauce."
Today, Blair's is an international company that boasts over 50million customers. It now carries a full range of hot sauces under the brand name ‘Death Sauce.’
The job is all done in Scoville units and the sauces range from the more modest heat of Sweet Death Sauce, which is a mild Habanero sauce with a vinegar base. It contains sweet tropical ingredients like honey, mango, passion fruit, and sugarcane.
And then on to the hottest sauce in Blair’s range: Ultra Death Sauce, which includes, Red Habanero Pods, Cayenne Chillies, White Vinegar, Natural Pepper Flavor, Tomato Puree, Piri-Piri Chillies, Lime Juice, Salt and Spices. It also includes additional Naga Jolokia peppers.
If you were to consider that familiar to all, Tabasco Sauce, has a Scoville unit rating of just above 70,000, Ultra Death Sauce is a whopping 800,000 Scoville units.
Blair's hottest ever product is called ‘Blair's 16 Million Reserve.’ Yes, it has  16million Scoville units of heat. It consists of just capsaicin crystals. It is hottest possible capsaicin sauce. Blair’s made 999 bottles of Blair's 16 Million Reserve, with each one signed and numbered by Lazar himself. They sold quickly and it is recorded in the Guinness book of World Records as the hottest product available.
As much as we love talking about hot sauces, Blair's also manufactures Kettle Cooked Potato Chips. These also have a range of flavors and heat levels.
Needless to say, all of this range are hot. The medium heat flavors include Jalapeño Cheddar, Chipotle, and Buffalo Wing.

Blair's Habanero Cauldron Cooked Chips 
Sweet but somewhat smoky, with blistering habanero. They were a little vinegary. The potato was certainly infused with garlic. And those taste sensations led towards a barbecue hotness. A well-formed chip of flavours that hit a home run with the taste description. I generally try to ignore my passion for hot foods and survey whether a chip does what it says on the bag in a flavourful manner. The answer was a resounding, yes.
