Golden Fluff

Having studied for numerous years in the BMG kollel in Lakewood, New Jersey, Ephraim Schwinder researched an untapped niche in the kosher market. Schwinder launched Golden Fluff. Its first product, mass produced pre-popped Kosher Popcorn in family and snack sized packages.
The popcorn proved popular very quickly and other flavor varieties were added.
As sales grew, the Schwinder moved the operation to a larger 3,000 square foot building. He then added Potato Stix in a variety of flavors, a premium line of nuts called Nuts Galore, and Enchilada and Barbecue flavored Tortilla Chips.
In 2001, Schwinder’s son Shlomo joined the business. Golden Fluff also moved to a 20,000 square foot location in the same year. Golden Fluff added Corn Dips, Onion Rings, Potato Chips, bottled water, and its best selling range of children’s drinks Fun Drinks.
Golden Fluff’s approach to production saw the addition of diet and health related products, including Light Popcorn, Baked Potato Chips, and low fat candy. There are Gluten Free, Nut Free, soy free and MSG free products in the Golden Fluff line.
The company maintains a strong presence on the Passover scene and distributes products to national supermarkets and overseas kosher markets. 
Golden Fluff adheres to the highest kashrus standards. Their products are under the strict kashrus supervision of Lakewood’s own distinguished Dayan, Rabbi Mordechai Betzalel Klein, as well as the KCL (Kashrus Council of Lakewood) and the OU.
