Cook the chicken breast thoroughly. Slice the chicken breast into thick slices; enough to make a sandwich. Spread mayonnaise thickly over both slices of bread (toast if preferred). Layer your choice of Hot 'n Spicy or Barbecue Chips or Crisps on both sides of the mayonnaise. Ideally you should use a flat and thick variety, but you can smash a bag up before sprinkling thickly over the bread. Place the chicken breast, lettuce and sliced pickles on one of the two slices, close and enjoy.
