The Round Cutting plates slices regular Chips and Crisps. The Sally Plate cuts Potato Sticks. The Ruffle Plate provides a Marcel cut. |

Blanching prevents enzyme activity and the loss of flavor, color and texture. You can of course choose not to blanch your Potato Chips and Crisps, but they may turn out a little brown and dirty looking for potential customers. |
