If you don’t know by now, Popped Chips are a type of potato snack that is made using a similar method to that used to make air-popped popcorn. The result is a Chip that is neither fried in oil, nor baked, but instead "Popped" using heat and pressure. This will mean the Chips have 70% less fat than a typical Potato Chip. The Nutradia Chips have no trans fat, no saturated fats, no cholesterol and no preservatives.
The process starts with a wide choice of ingredients, such as potato, corn, Soy or multigrain. They are manufactured by processing them at high pressure and temperature. After this they are sprinkled with seasonings to create an all-natural crispy alternative to regular Chips.
