Activity has been spotted at the former Gibble’s plant on U.S. 11 near Greencastle, and at least one local grocery store owner has confirmed that he has been contacted about getting the company’s popular chips and snacks back on store shelves soon.Several cars were seen in the parking lot of the Gibble’s production plant Thursday, and several people were entering and exiting the building.
Dean Martin, owner of Sunnyway Foods in Greencastle, said Thursday that he has been approached by a distributor who handles Gibble’s products about stocking the popular snack line again.
