This packet was brown with a great big gold circle, featuring Japanese writing that we sadly could not understand. There is also a pile of dripping Caramel in the corner. The most remarkable thing about this bag though, was the fact that it is the first in well over a thousand we have reviewed at Chips and Crisps that could not be opened by hand. To preserve the bag for our collection we had to use scissors. The seal was an inch thick and could not be separated by the strongest member of our review team

Crunch
Not like any Potato Chips we have ever munched. They were thick and biscuit. They mulched rather than munched
Texture
These were odd looking Chips. They were incredibly thick and featured a quarter inch brown ring on all Chip edges. There were no oil boils. Very strange looking, almost like discs cut from a sapling

Taste
What in God’s name made a Chips company think a Chip should taste like dessert? They were the sweetest Chips we have ever tried. They did taste like Caramel though, so that is a tick in the taste box. Yuck
