Verdict
Bag
All the bags are flavour colour coded. They have a distinctly Gaelic stylised writing expressing the name and underneath the flavour is written in large italics. The backdrop to this writing is a brown Ridged Crisp effect. As the whole thing is done in two colours it looks modern but it also means there are no stand-out features.

Crunch
Thickly cut Crisps always feature a different Crunch to Regular Crisps. These were no different. They mulched rather than mashed.
Texture
These Crisps had thick corrugated surfaces. There was a mix of dark and light areas. There was also some seasoning visible.

Taste
On opening the bag we actually had a bit of neck recoil. The aroma was very strong. And unfamiliar. In fact the flavour that followed was both weird and wonderful. It is very easy for us to review a Crisps variety that is completely original to one company. There was definitely a Whisky back-drop to a slight spicy flavour. An acquired taste admittedly, but an abundance of originality.
