Verdict

Bag

A big coloured packet (the color does not necessarily relate to flavor, they are just background colors), with an equally large logo and ‘Potato Chips’ bold and brassy. There is a little cartoon flavor generated potato. There are also a few graphic Chips

Crunch

These Chips were fairly thickly cut, which may have affected them somewhat in the Crunch stakes. They munched well, but before long the pulpy stage crept in

Texture

Despite heavily plumped by air, there was perhaps strangely, a large amount of broken Chips inside. This may be in part because there were only 60g of Chips in a giant packet. The Chips did have a deep brownish/orange colouring but there were very few oil blisters visible

Taste

There was a nice hint of Chilli, but the Salsa aspect was somewhat missing. I say ‘somewhat’ because there was a deep flavouring that was a little beyond mere Chilli, and well done for that. They worked very well
