Husman's current bag designs certainly do the job that's asked of them. They contain their Chips. They say the flavor. They are bold and bright. Each flavor is color coded. The flavor is written large and dominantly in the centre. The logo is traditional. From a design perspective however, it is nothing this bag is nothing if it is not original or innovative.

Crunch
While not quite as deeply Ridged as most Chips of this design, they did provide a more than adequate crispy, fresh tasting crunch.
Texture
These are medium width Ridges, hence perhaps the 'Wavy' description. As they are regular rather than Kettle Cooked, they are also just about as thin as they could get away with without turning them into a bag of crumbs. Most of the Chips kept their dippable shape and were whole. There was less visible oil than is featured on the regular Chips and they were a slightly darker orange.

Taste
Both Cheddar and Sour Cream are mild flavors. So, these had every right to be inoffensive and bland. They were. Still nice, and the overall description would probably be creamy cheesy, but nothing memorable. It seems quite remarkable that such a lengthy list of ingredients, powders and chemicals went in to make them.
