Crunch

Many thick cut Chips, especially those that do not specifically claim to be Kettle Cooked, provide an thick biscuit like Crunch. These were different. It was a very impressive crack and rumble before a long period of mulching.

These were thickly cut, but still managed lots of bends, curls and gnarly Chips. There was some green seasoning

Taste

A Nose Plunge Test provided an oddly unexpected Beefy stock cube like aroma, but one that was soaked into a cardboard box. There was a definitely a peculiarly Chinese flavouring; perhaps a rather strong Sauce, and one that featured a salty meat, and possibly roasted. They were not very nice, but pretty respectful of the flavor description
