There may only presently be five flavors in the range, but each bag is a design masterpiece. This is possibly the weakest member of the team. The pink and yellow work well together, but as the Onion has no relatively obvious color they could have stuck with one or the other. That is just being picky though, and not one all of our design team agree with. It's still a five star design.
Crunch
A really good, firm, crunch. The oily nature of the Kettle Cooked Chip did not affect the consistency of the hard crunch with any Chip in the bag we tried. No soft spots, just well cooked crunchy Potato Chips.
Texture
The speckles of powder and the random flakes and a small amount of residue make a a fairly plainly textured Chip - they also appeared more thin and crispy than many Kettle Chips. The bubbles on the Chips and the curly, folded, greasy Chips give them character. You get a [un]healthy, greasy residue on your fingers after a bag plunge.
Taste
According to their Nutrition label Bob's Texas Style Chips have a lot of sodium content, but at least a portion of these only represent 10% of your recommended daily intake - the Three Cheese Jalapeno make up a whopping 30%. Open the bag and you will get a Sweet Onion aroma. Take a bite and you will get a Sweet Onion flavor.
