There is no design to this bag. There is a flavour colour coded Union flag in the background. There is a black circle with the contents written on in the centre and a couple of graphic Crisps. It is sad how little effort supermarkets put into their own branding. And if they can’t be bothered why should the consumer?
These were fairly thickly cut so the Crunch wasn't as hard and firm as a lot of Rippled Crisps. They broke down nicely to begin with but even one Crisp provided a big mass of mush by the end.
Although these came in a multipack they were not sufficiently protected because the vast majority were broken. They were heavily oil infused, so there were transparent areas. The Ridges were medium thickness and there was not much seasoning visible.
These were very greasy and sufficiently salty to provide a reliable barometer of the flavour. The overriding after-taste was undoubtedly oil, with a milky Potato background.
