Thick white fish fillets, cod / haddock Mayonnaise Salt and Pepper 1 pack potato chips or crisps (salt 'n' Vinegar flavour)

In a small bowl, add salt and pepper to mayonnaise. Spread thickly over the fish pieces. Crush your pack of Chips or Crisps and spread generously over the mayonnaise mixture. Cook in a pre-heated oven as you would for the fish on its own, depending on the thickness of the fish.
