For our cross Channel fusion favourite we combine the best of English and French cuisines to make a truly remarkable snack, which starts with a sliced baguette.
Lightly toast the bread side of the baguette.
Spread Brie over the surface of the lightly toasted bread.
Lightly toast once again.
At the same time grill your bacon.
Remove the bacon and place to one side (or time perfectly to cover the next step), and cover the melted cheese surface with lots of potato chips or crisps.
Top this with the bacon and close the baguette.
