Verdict
Bag
As with many Walkers bags, the design was lacking. There was electronically designed squares in the background. The “Squares” moniker was prominent. Although the bag was flavour colour coded, the flavour itself was in tiny writing in the bottom corner.

Crunch
Quite unbeatable, actually. The Crunch was firm, rigid and robust. You could happily eat one at a time and get a fully effective Crunch that deteriorated at the right pace.
Texture
We should be candid about this. They may well have been Crisps, but the uniform nature suggested they were reconstituted. Sadly this was echoed by the reverse of the bag – Potato Granules. What on earth are they? Anyway, the surfaces were crumbly.

Taste
A Nose Plunge Test revealed a rather warm Vinegar laced with Salt. The flavour was pretty spot on. These snacks have been around for many years, starting out under the Smiths Crisps label, and there has to be a reason for that. And that reason is the brilliantly combined Salt and Vinegar flavouring.
